Goals for 2010
1. Aggressive and one of the best salesperson in Logistics market.
2. Continuous study for Higher Diploma in August 2010.
3. Getting my own car and reduce the reliance of the company van
4. Higher salary in 2010
5. Resuming travelling plan.
6. Getting a new laptop.
7. Getting CNLWE to be one of the best community band.
8. Forming up the CNL Brass Quintet and bring it out for performances.
9. Spending more time with God, read more on God's words.
10. Complete my plan to finish all the bible studies that was left undone this year. ,

2009 have been dynamic year for me.
It have indeed a year that put me onto alot of crossroad. Things that I have to give up, friends that I have to give up and freedom that I have to give up. It have been a year that my heart have to be broken but it is also a year that I will wake up my idea on.
At Work.
Work is never a smooth process for me. I am taken for granted, sometime even abused. I often wondered why should I treat my colleagues well. So what if I treat my colleagues well, will they do the same for me? They only know how to attack on people mistake. But did I do that to them? I often believe that we shouldn't point the gun on the own people and try to cover each other. Politically things are getting much more worse and I also don't know how it will work out.
Nevertheless, I have been transfered to the Sales team from December 2009. I am supposed to take over and service Sean's account of customers. Looking at the list I feel that there isn't much that we can look on that will book with us. The very important thing now is to go all out and capture new customers and expand the customer base. But it is really not easy. Because I am really new to General cargo and Airfreight though i did some LCL documentation back in AGS.
On CNLWE.
CNLWE have been undergoing alot of transformation. Colin gave up conducting on the band, pathing the return of Mr Tan. We have a concert cancelled in this process and it was incvitable. Everyone also wake up from the idea that things will automatically drop down from the sky and the committee are more initiated in proposing new plans and ideas to the Wind Ensemble.
Being a key appointment holder in the committee, I saw all these changes. Sometime I tried to ask God why me here. I know I belong to CHC and being with them will create contradiction. Why am I serving a ministry outside CHC? What is God's purpose for me to there? And why me? But no matter what, things are getting better at CNLWE and I hope that once everything have settled down I will step down as appointment holder and back to focus on myself on what I am supposed to do, as a christian and a musician.
About NYPAW.
I thank God that in mist of messiness at CNLWE, I was allowed to play music with NYP Alumni Winds. Although my priority is not there, I enjoy the music making process with all of them and that they have proven to be a hard core musicians to me and let me learn alot of thing with them.
On Relationship.
I told the truth to her and was rejected.
I am definately upset with it. But good thing now is she is in relationship with another guy. I just have to learn to let it go. I am definately not recovered from this yet but i know I will slowly forget about it and treat it as just a another chapter.
On My Study.
As per my previous update, I did pretty well for my study. Though I am not the top student in the class but I think I am within the top 5 students in the class. I am still considering whether I should go for Higher Diploma. But I am really not sure whether I can cope with it.
Well above all make up 2009.
Hope that 2010 will be a better year for me.
